Evaluation of abstracts for poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Conference. Contributors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract before November 20, 2011. All abstracts will be published in the Journal to be distributed during the ISAM conference.
Authors may submit abstracts before registration as delegate. But only registered delegates shall be able to present their own papm two names as authors will be acknowledged. In case of students, the guide of the research will be acknowledged extra, if there is any.
Submission
Abstracts should be submitted to electronically no later than November 20, 2011 The presenting author will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Notification of acceptance
Acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be communicated to the e-mail address of the corresponding author by November 15, 2011.
Editorial guidelines
Abstracts may only be submitted by authors who have registered for the Conference. Abstracts will be approved according to their scientific/clinical merit and should be based on previously unpublished data. Abstracts must be submitted in English only. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present at the conference if accepted.
The abstract should be structured and include the following information:
- OBJECTIVES: the primary purpose of the article
- METHODS: data sources and study design
- RESULTS: Data analysis and key findings
- CONCLUSIONS
Poster Dimensions
- Space provided will be 3' x 4'
- Display will be for all 3 days of ISAM-2011
- Presenter should be available for discussion on the specified date.
ISAM-2010 AWARDS
Three papers adjudged as the best among the entries will earn cash prize of Rs.10,000/-, Rs.7,000/- and Rs.5,000/-. All the accepted entries will receive certificates of participation
