Why ISAM Membership?
ISAM is a community of professionals committed to the use of principles of mechanics in various applications in daily life. Membership of ISAM will give you a ready access to a wide range of professionals engaged in mechanics: students, academicians, research scientists, industrialists, and entrepreneurs. Your interactions with these professionals will help you to mutually enrich your professional growth. You may interact with these professionals in several modes such as conferences, workshops, and meetings. Membership of the society will also give you special concessions in all professional meetings.

Rights and Privileges
All classes of members with the exception of honorary members, student members, and affiliates shall have voting rights in the chapter and Executive Council election provided the annual subscription of the member is not in arrears.
In the case of a representative of the company and institutional members, annual subscription means the annual membership subscription of the company of the institutions as the case may be.
The members shall be entitled to use after their names symbols representing the class of membership such as F.I.S.A.M., M.I.S.A.M., etc
The weightage of voting rights for each category is:
Life Members 1 Vote
Individual/Institutional Members 1 Vote
Student Member 0 Vote
